That legacy – rooted in compassion, service, and community – is being strengthened for the future as Providence prepares to transfer ownership of Queen of the Valley Medical Center and related assets, including ambulatory clinics, in Napa County to NorthBay Health by the end of 2026, pending regulatory approval. The two organizations have entered into a definitive agreement, marking a significant milestone in the healing missions of both organizations.
